I had said and written a couple of weeks ago about the Civil War and Gaddafi in Libya, "say the cat until you have in the bag." But while all were powerless in plaster stain to statements which took for granted the end of the Rais and the victory of the rebels. And if it so, as the young Gaddafi said that forty-eight hours between loyalists captivate Benghazi ... well it will be difficult going to tell the dictator who survived it came from Europe but also here in Italy just an inadvertent pro quo.
